This is now my second newsletter as Akela of Brownsea Pack, and would like to thank my whole leader team for their continued support, without which the activities we do would not be possible. The last few Thursday nights have had quite an outdoors theme with a chip survey being carried out on the high street, the cubs decided that kingfish won by a large gap, so they designed a certificate for them which was presented to the owner. We also managed to get the whole pack to earn their communicator badge and they are well on their way to earning the local knowledge badge. At the March Scouts own we saw Lewis Webb and Scott Marshall go up to Silver troop, I would like to wish them the best of luck.
